::On Wednesday 03/16 I made two cash deposits at an ATM of its branch on Calle 22 and 15. I took one and the other had no impact on my account; (The cashier did not throw any error). When I control from home banking, only one had entered. I made all the phone claims and today I went to the branch to get regularized. Of the claims that I made by phone, they told me that it would take up to 5 business days to see if they would solve the problem and at the bank they told me that it would take up to 15 days!!!! PEOPLE, WATCH OUT when you deposit money in the ATMs that this can happen and then who knows when they give you YOUR money back. On top of that, they blame themselves between what is a problem with LINK and the bank. Conclusion they do not give you an answer. ❗❗
