  Turns out this is actually part of a house -- the downstairs is a shared area (I think) and the upstairs was an apartment of sorts. Check-in was a bit odd as it's not apparent when you arrive that it's anything other than a house -- and then multiple people came out to check us in but no one introduced themselves. The place itself is great, once you realize what's going on. The location is on the far edge of town. It's within walking distance of things, just a bit isolated.
