  Terrible attention from the secretaries. Terrible attention directed to all people in general, but above all the bad way they treat the elderly. On the other hand, we requested a shift through the web, and when they arrived at the shift they called me to cancel it, because there was an error in the system, when 24 hours before they had confirmed the shift. And we order it a week in advance. Shameful!!!
