  They give temporary exits when the patient is not ready and consume again at 4 hours ... the exits are granted by a medical team (at least 4 people) and they really do not see what happens to the patient ... . Or if they see it, it is more convenient for them to be outside, saving the expenses that they generate within the institution and that they charge to the prepaid.
