::Hotel is small with poor service and limited service. The pool is very small so it gets easily packed. No towels were provided upon my request and the waiter never came back with my order. Breakfast is not buffet and portion sizes are very small. The bathroom gets flooded very fast and there was no toilet paper when I got in, I had to requeat it separately. Very Disappointing.

::The hotel rooms are comfortable, modern and fully equipped. The pool is ok too, although usage was limited because of coronavirus measures. The restaurant is understaffed, so breakfast was very slow and sloppy. We also had dinner, food was really salty.

::This hotel is a very neat and clean hotel in Pilar. Full of design details and well maintained it's a very nice option for business meetings. They have a tempered swimming pool at the roof, the gym is good enough and the restaurant downstairs has a good offer.
