More than an hour waiting to be attended by Dr. Castro, although I have no complaints about her attention, it did bother me to have to wait so long, having an assigned shift, very informal!!!

I had a shift here in boedo with the pediatrician Escarlati because my 12-month-old daughter was super sick, she vomited 5 times because THEY DON'T HAVE A PEDIATRIC GUARD at the cento clinic (in theory), and the pediatrician Escarlati canceled on my face, and He didn't want to attend to me. THE SOLUTION? Take her to the guard in the center of the clinic. AWFUL SERVICE, BAD COMMUNICATION, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I went for blood tests and they left my arm with a huge bruise and pain that lasted 3 days. I also went to get an electro, I was the first in line, I waited 40 minutes and they never called me, I had to leave without being able to do the study.

3 months later, a new name on the map, the same lousy service as always. The minimum waiting hour continues, they have only added that if someone arrives late for the shift (which they are not going to respect) they recriminate it and blame it.

I went TODAY, September 14 at 8:20 a.m. to get an Electro, it is by order of arrival, it took me 1 hour to call me, I left at 9:30 a.m. because Dc. that he attended in Office 17 sent his Patients once they left their examination or before without registering through the Entrance Box, therefore it delayed the Patients that if we were admitted, he left the office and sent them to do other things, he got together patients in the corridor waiting. I ASKED AND NOBODY TOLD ME HOW MANY PATIENTS I HAD BEFORE when I entered the office to do the Electro, IT HAS NO WINDOW THERE IS NO AIR CIRCULATION, How can such a new Clinic be without a Window?
