  The doctor is very punctual and correct, but the secretary (Soledad) has regular attention: she does not answer well by phone, she says that she "does not know" the hours to give an appointment because there have been modifications, which is totally normal, but she does not offer to communicate again to notify the availability and is not even friendly at the time of saying it; Personally, when you want to take an appointment, it tells you that only by phone and we return to bad attention, it is a vicious circle. We remind you that in this time of pandemic, one may choose them because they are a smaller medical center and preferably over the larger institutions or at least in my case, but unfortunately I already took turns to attend regularly where I always attended. A shame because I liked the place and it seemed like an alternative to the distant shifts that are given elsewhere, but hey, given the bad attention and predisposition, I will go to another center to attend to.

  Today I took my son to the dentist. They charged me 500 pesos for the care kit (a kit consisting of a cap, gown, etc). I was struck by the fact that each patient was charged the 500 pesos (of which no invoice is issued), since the dentist used the same kit for at least two patients, if not three.
