  GOOD AFTERNOON TODAY 04/06/2022 I CALL FROM 5:20 PM, I GOT THEM TO ANSWER THE PHONE AT 5:43 PM AND THEY LEFT ME ON HOLD 6 MINUTES. I LISTENED TO THE TALK OF TWO FEMALE VOICES ABOUT KINDERGARTEN, DIARRHEA TO THEIR DAUGHTER, VACCINE OF UP TO TWO YEARS OLD, DROPLETS FROM THE NOSE ECT ECT ECT AND MY CREDIT RAN OUT. HIS PERSONAL TALK WAS MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE TELEPHONE ATTENTION OF A PATIENT WHO NEEDS TO REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT. SUGGESTION ´DO NOT SPEND TIME OR CREDIT TO CALL.

  Very good care, only that the telephones do not answer them and it says that it is a subscriber out of service! Please place a telephone number on which the patients can communicate! It is essential, since most of the patients are grandparents , and many of us cannot go personally, and a call is better and faster, and it is easily solved! Thank you!

  Very bad attention from the administration, an hour waiting for some studies ... The phone is never answered and it makes it much more difficult to ask for appointments ... the professionals who work there should be aware of this ...

  Whenever I go they take a long time to listen to me, and if you are waiting or being attended to, the receptionist starts talking or takes all the time in the world.
