  Terrible attention from Dr. Musa zero desire, zero anamnesis, zero history questions, he did not see my previous studies, super superb he did not answer questions I do not recommend him he is not a didactic professional and with a good predisposition and he was not attending me for free, I left without concrete answers no diagnostic hypotheses, so I wasted my time and money. The secretaries very well the girls of them nothing bad to say. I EDIT my opinion I was taken care of by muse son, a resounding change, 100% recommended, nothing to do, he would attend me a thousand times he has a totally different working method from his father I recommend the son 100% he has a comprehensive and didactic vision to address the picture of health AND SUPER GOOD LOSS

  1 star is for the IT folks (I don't know if there will be an area or will it be an outside contractor). Since 9 in the morning I am trying to make an appointment on the web for covid antibodies. I called several times and the secretaries answered me, they took the phone and nothing else. Unfortunately they did not give me a solution. If the system doesn't work, they should be able to assign manual shifts, it's something simple, straightforward, practical. I called about 8 times in the morning and they were not going to be able to say "hey, well, let's give the man a turn and when the system works we will load it." It is like a lack of orientation to the solution, to solve and that is something simple. UPDATE: I thank Mr. Musa for contacting me and solving the problem for me. At the end of the day this is a symbiosis, if the company gives a good service, the customer buys, recommends and the company wins, we all win. Hopefully they can fix the system and make it work well for everyone, at all times. Hug
