  On the day of 12/13/2022, I received dehumanizing treatment from the administration woman (brown hair and brown eyes, who was in an office behind the reception desk) who treated me with contempt and disgust towards me. My person: I was claiming that they had refused me to do the covid test, which I needed to know if it was already negative, since I need to know if I am still contagious or not, and I need it for my work. I previously called this CAPS before attending, explaining my situation, that I had tested positive two weeks ago and needed to do it again, and in the pharmacies I did not get the test, the man who answered the phone told me yes and that I could attend from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Having spent $650 on a remis to get there, I find the nurse refusing to test me. Having explained the situation in the same way as on the phone, there was no way they would test me. I went to complain to the reception, and while I was making the claim with the man at the reception who was ignorant of what happened, this unpresentable woman got into the conversation, who did not listen to even half of what I said, she thought that I was still with COVID and He literally told me with a disgusted face "oh but don't touch the counter like that" and that "I don't care about my neighbor" because when he spoke I touched the counter again with my fingers trying to explain my claim, but I could not continue in the face of such lack of respect, and it should be emphasized that SHE DID NOT HAVE A MASK AND I DID, and my claim was precisely for them to do the test to find out if I am still contagious. Deplorable, this person should not be working in health.

  El sábado fui a vacunarme contra la gripe y neumonia, y también a mi hijo que por ser discapacitado se ofrecieron a vacunado en el auto, cosa que hicieron. fue rápido, super amables. Había llamado por teléfono el viernes para averiguar si vacunaban, y me atendieron también, muy amable el Sr. No entiendo como se quejan que los tratan mal . Tal vez si pedimos y hablamos con dulzura nos respondan de la misma manera.

  I have gone several times during these 10 years, always, I reiterate, they always treated me very well, it is a large room and it is public, hygiene was always excellent, you have to take into account the way and manners when presenting yourself, I have witnessed uncomfortable situations on the part of from the public, people with respect and patience, you can go much further. The nurse who vaccinates the children is a genius. My only request would be that they extend the hours, but that depends on the municipality.

  They received me quite badly, they made me wait in the rain and wait there so that they would see if they were going to swab me or not... the truth is that for being health personnel it is quite bad to leave a person who feels bad outdoors downstairs from the rain without a dry seat to sit on. I had to go closer again because no one came to see me. The person who performed the swab was a genius, super fast and zero pain... They are carrying out works but they should have something more prepared so they don't have to walk on mud or dirt.
