::I had my baby there and the hospitalization was a horrible experience (with the exception of my doctor and her team) because there is no person from the moment you arrive until you leave who treats you well. You're afraid to ask questions, the interns don't know how to do their job and they also mistreat you. They transform a beautiful day into a nightmare, I do not recommend that they go there, they are a disaster. Hopefully they can urgently correct the ineptitude of their hospitalization employees and the treatment of all the staff, especially the nurses.

::I went to the guard with plates in the throat and a fever. The doctor gave me rest for 24 hours, I had to go back to the office the next day still sore and feverish. Patients are not trained to know how long illnesses last to discuss rest time, that is the responsibility of professionals.

::Lousy. I went for a super intense sore throat and ear, the doctor on duty did not want to check me, I asked her and she told me emphatically NO. He diagnosed me with covid and prescribed ibuprofen. I have pharyngitis, ma'am, I needed antibiotics. No ibuprofen. Medical malpractice is called that. To all this, it is contempt with which he treated me, basically he told me ignorant (I am a biotechnologist and I work in the argenvac project, see if I am not going to have a little idea about covid)

::With a shift, I was seen by a doctor, Roxana, a specialist in otorhinolaryngology, everything was great! In addition, it is close to my home and I have decided to consult on other issues. The attention is very respectful and kind!

::I start with the attention to the public, on the part of hospitalization we were satisfied, very good vibes, great, they explained things to you perfectly. The nurses, well, some were very cool, they explained to you if you didn't know something or asked about anything, and then there were the nurses who didn't have good communication and treated you badly, without tact. The rooms are comfortable, with bathroom and TV. Doctor Poggio, a capo plastic surgeon, did my husband's operation great and is someone very kind, detail-oriented and very patient. It is highly recommended. The only negative I had was the nurses, then everything else was very good.
