  They don't answer the phones, they gave me a WhatsApp and they don't answer or read the messages, a lack of respect and total responsibility.

  Nothing to say about the doctors, at least I have observed very good care with the doctors, the receptionists I don't know if it will always be the same because every time I call on the phone they don't answer and when they do they do it in a bad way, they should provide you with at least one telephone assistance and I am not saying this for convenience but because in these times of pandemic they who are linked to the health system would be a way of collaborating to prevent infections from arising apart from the fact that the people we resort to that space is for ailments health illness and not for comfort, I hope one day they will improve and if I'm wrong I apologize from now on

  Because they give you a number to ask for an appointment, but nobody attends you, the attention of the receptionist is terrible.

  One of the worst experiences in health centers, they only give 7 numbers for care and the delay is unbearable. They make you wait in the waiting room, where there are signs that say that only 7 people can be there and no one complies or respects it, a shame. Much delay from the doctors, and little friendliness and information from the ladies at the reception. I will never come back.
