  The issue of attention is a disaster. They don't have to get online and when you call THEY DO NOT ANSWER AND WHEN YOU ACHIEVE COMMUNICATION THEY TELL YOU, THE DOCTOR SUCH OPEN AGENDA SUCH DATE.....DISASTEEEE
