::Hello. I dindt like it at all. The place is undergoing remodeling it is a mess. The people who have for customer service one worse than the other. They tell you that they give you benefits and it is a lie that they deceive retirees. They have them from one side to the other and pretend that an older adult understands perfectly how the machines are used. The grandparents try to be nice to the employees and they are totally curt and rude. They laugh in people's faces. Today, August 22, 2022, I experienced it firsthand. It's a shame how they serve in this bank. I left totally disappointed and angry. And very concerned about the elderly clients who have to go through hardships to be cared for. And if they serve them, they lie to them by plugging in the bank pack. Which if you reject they tell you that you have no other option. Complete madness.

::Scoundrels is little. My mom had a shift at 2:45 p.m. for commercial attention and it was closed, you couldn't even access the ATM area and obviously there was no one, not even security, to attend to you and give an explanation.

::Employees, excellent! For its part, very good attention, but the wait is unbearable, the last time I was, it took me 3 hours in line at the only path to enter the bank, too, considering that most of them were people the elderly waiting to be served. The, lousy call !!! No one deigns to answer the phone, which at this time and with the pandemic would be very useful to be cared for so that people do not go to no avail, as no doubt it would be clarified that way, and not that they would go there to ask, because that generates the accumulation of people in line.

::I am oxygen dependent, and I will collect my retirement there, those who are quite disrespectful, zero solidarity, are the security ones, they make me wait long lines, until some employee sees me and makes me enter the bank, but inside I have to stand in line, for the collection ticket, logically the wait after to collect, maybe someone in line tells me I'm here, or me because if my oxygen backpack runs out, who is responsible? In general, no problem with employees, we are sometimes disrespectful to them (not my case) and obvious under the pressure of so many, and so many questions are also overflowing. What I do not agree with is the discounts made by the bank to the retiree, since the state (ANSES) must have made a contract for which you. They charge for the service of payment to retirees, and they should not, the government boxes for this purpose are free.

::Totally overwhelmed! It is a shame that they "cater" to retirees in that way. It hurts both customers and employees.
