  THIEEEEEES. THEY ARE CHARGING THE POOR GRANDPARENTS FOR SERVICE MAINTENANCE, AND PAYMENT OF SERVICES MORE THAN $4000 PER MONTH.... WHEN YOU ANSWER YOU WILL PAY THEM ALL. POOR GRANDPARENTS WHO CAN'T EVEN READ THE VOUCHERS CALLED RECEIPT BECAUSE, OH CHANCE, THEY DON'T HAVE INK. BUT THAT HAPPENS AT "ALL" THE ATMS. THIEVES, THEY TELL YOU BCO POLICY.   Inoperative. Yesterday I went with my parents, both without their cell phones or health pass (mistake on their part and mine). The security employee did not let them enter, I simply showed my cell phone with the screen turned off and without checking he allowed me to enter. I spoke to the manager and outlined the situation being spotty lack of control to myself, he advised that he would correct the mistake with the security guy. Today my aunt went with her daughter and they both entered without a health pass. They lack criteria to manage people's income, they change their minds from one day to the next. For being a bank that practically works with older adults, they leave a lot to be desired.
