::I give it one star to give an opinion, there is a lack of personnel, the one who attends the cashier attends the ATMs, the security one is multipurpose, it is not enough, grandparents who due to disabilities do not know how to use the ATM are rarely assisted, the system is very slow and grandparents who do not they can stop there are hours without attending, I personally am a proxy and I'm still waiting for answers three years ago I can't use a badly printed card, the parking lot is for the garbage cans they are constantly, having a print is useless, their ATMs are very slow , and the staff, so devastated, answer you badly and what else can they do, which does not justify their ill-treatment I add that I came back the same month more than 3 times with the disabled children to be able to collect because their fingerprint cashier never reads it and also asks me for the third time in the same month to certify life.
