  very bad attention from the staff such as, the one who claims to be, the branch manager. Crowded people. Lack of respect in the treatment of retirees and as if that were not enough they are BAD ONDA!!! The bank authorities MUST take URGENT measures to solve the way they are treating people, even if they don't like it, they feed them!!!!

  At the time I had qualified and today I don't see the qualification... But well... I have to say in terms of speed it has improved, they have invested and put more fast cashiers so that people can withdraw money more quickly. .. Now the treatment of grandparents continues to leave much to be desired... The "pandemic" cannot be an excuse for mistreatment... I understand and know how to handle touch technology and all that, but the elderly do not... have to be patient and teach them not to respond with bad manners... Once they improve that aspect I will change my rating...

  It really leaves a lot to be desired since the services offered to retirees and pensioners are very expensive, the attention from the employees is good, but there are few staff, more bankers need to be put in place to advise and accompany retirees who are unaware of technology , we must be more supportive and less collectors.
