::The experience with this bank is bad. It has been getting worse since the pandemic. Currently my mother needs to consult different situations and the employees answer badly and do not end up answering queries. It is unfortunate that they treat older adults so badly. In addition, they do not answer the phone and the page does not offer a space to ask questions. There is an email that says queries but the answer is prepared by a computer that sends you the phone numbers among other things. There are older adults who do not understand technology.
