  The staff of the entrance desk should be trained for the attention to the public, only one girl who works on shift tomorrow is polite and helpful when attending to the people she attends, the others leave much to be desired. Also the nurses for control and confirmation of shift very badly educated and zero empathy for the patients. They are there to take care of patients, they are paid for it, if they do not like it they ask for a change of task.
