::Unfortunately I have to lower the rating, because today I went to take my son to the ophthalmologist, they inform me that he no longer receives social work, but I choose to take him because he is the one who prescribed the glasses and needed a check-up. I decide to pay privately, to which they inform me that the cost is 2,500, when I go to make the payment with a debit card, they inform me that VAT is charged with debit, so I had to pay 3,050$, which I decided not to pay. . Obviously I will make a complaint to the AFIP and consumer protection, since the payment in cash (which they obviously are not billing) is the same as the debit. They play with people's health and needs. It is unfortunate.

::Doctors are excellent! But the telephone service (WhatsApp) is a disaster, they give you shifts and then they cancel them and do not notify you, according to them it is something wrong with the system but it has already happened to me 3 times, they answer reluctantly, and leave a lot to be desired. Quite sharp, zero cordiality, to ask for a shift or query I have to be writing to them for 3 days because they don't respond anymore, you write one day and they respond to you the other. I hope they improve.
