::I take an appointment and they give it to me for 10 days. I arrive on shift day on time. The consultation comes out 1300 pesos without social work. I ask if you can pay with a debit to which you answer me, not just cash. I hand him the money and he literally puts it in his pocket. He didn't give me a receipt, invoice or anything. As I know that sometimes it takes time to answer, I ask the secretary how long I have to wait, to which she answers me very rudely, you are on duty, you don't have to wait. OK, I feel. They call another person, another, another... It's already been 45 minutes of waiting... I go to the counter and ask him if he had to wait much longer. Surname? He reluctantly yells at me... I give him my last name, he writes it down on a piece of paper and goes into the office, when he comes out he babbles something that I don't understand, to which I ask him: how? and tells me you're next. At the time of my shift, the doctor comes out and calls another patient.... ok.... I go to the counter and ask for the money since I don't want to attend to myself. You ask me again, last name? He takes the bundle of bills out of his pocket and returns the consultation money to me. Obviously I never look at my face. Whenever I approach the counter speak with respect. I'm paying for a service... because they have to treat me badly... I think it's disrespectful. And if one person is not enough, put two... The attention that one receives in the center is part of the attention that the professionals give you.
