  The attention when I went to do a study was good. The problem is taking a turn. The phone is always busy or out of service. And I already sent 3 times by wsp and I have no answer. And every time I want to take a turn on the page, an error appears on it. I know the demand is great. But if they are handled with shifts by WSP, please respond, because the orders expire. I need to make an appointment for an ECG for my son. Thank you very much

  I had time with my father (disabled) to visit the clinician at 3:30 p.m.... I arrived at 3:00 p.m. and they received me at 4:00 p.m., answering that the doctor had left... When I said that I did not I was going to leave the place without being attended to due to my father's physical condition, the receptionist's response was that this was my problem... It seems that these people were tending to a refrigerator... It is a shame what the doctor did who left without asking if he had any patients to attend to, leaving an 88-year-old man, blind and with mobility problems, unattended... Lack of respect and total humanity on the part of the doctor and the receptionists .... It is seen that they do not know the vicissitudes of having to wander around with a sick old man ... I recommend not to go to this place because you end up worse off than you arrive...

  Very bad attention from the Receptionist (who was at the ticket table in the Canning center on May 18, 2022 at 5:00 p.m.). rude. Does not give clear answers. Much lack of sense of education. They did not meet our needs and also did not know how to respond coherently, or with a sense of what it is to care for the patient. I did not see Dr Fia But let him know that this is the attention he is giving.

  Place not to recommend. Small place, 2 hours and a half of delay for a study, then they don't send the studies by mail, limited study pick-up hours, and when you show up they don't have them. Honestly, any place is better than it is... The ergometry of the bike is about 20 years old, the rest should be similar.
