::They made my father wait 3 hours, saying that the doctor would come in 15 minutes, every time they asked. Just as they made him wait, so did the people who were there. He went there because the Traffic Directorate suggested that he go there. Given my complaint of making an adult over 75 years of age wait for more than 3 hours, they told me that the complaint goes to the doctor, but he did not arrive in more than 3:30. Then the secretary offered to return the money, because now the doctor told her that he was with a terminally ill patient. If they make an agreement with the referral municipality, they must have the maturity to recognize if they are going to have the capacity to guarantee care, and not mistreat our elders. Request a complaint book but they don't have it. It is a shame that they make an elderly person wait more than 3.30. Terrible attention.
