::They gave us an appointment yesterday, and they did not attend to us. The doctor left and the one who was there didn't want to attend to us either. Zero professionalism. My 3-year-old girl, with very strong stomach pains and none of the doctors, attended us. They left us waiting 2 hours. The receptionists did not check us in either. Therefore no one knew that we were there, waiting to be served. As it was the first time we went, we did not know how the office was managed. They made us enter and left us waiting there. They all left and no one attended us. BAD ATTENTION!

::I don't know in the rest of the day, but first thing in the morning, they take time to receive. I had an 8:30 am shift for a spirometry for my baby. I arrived at 8:20. I was received at 8:45, so I arrived late at the studio (we were the first shift), and the technician was in a hurry, because everything was late. Very little patience with the child. A disaster for the delivery of the result. They do not give you a coupon to withdraw, nor do they send it to you by mail. It is with the document number. When I went first they couldn't locate the report. Anyway. And, to top it off, the study is poorly done!! Complete waste of time. To think that talking about the British Hospital was a big word. They should review the service of these external clinics. And also of the professionals they hire.

::The same thing always happens, I request an appointment and they give it for two months, they don't answer the phones, what's more I don't want to name here but they gave me a phone number from the same British man so that I could call again in case I had any problem and ask for certain people and nobody answers. but the bill always arrives before the month starts. I'm seriously thinking of changing to another provider #hospitalbritanico very bad attention

::I always go there and never had any problems. Until yesterday. I had a shift at 7:15 p.m. (a shift I took TWO MONTHS ago). At around 5:30 p.m. they called me on the phone to ask if I could go before my schedule. It was close, so I tell them that I could only go if they attended me NOW, since at 6:00 p.m. I had another commitment. They tell me yes... Error. I arrived after 5 minutes, I sat down to wait and the doctor made three people pass in front of me. So I left. I took a turn well in advance and even though I agreed to the modification, they played with my times.
