  It is impossible to communicate with this place, the answering machine says to leave the phone and the urgency ... but they never return the call. Above the answering machine is the "comprehensive medical development", which I really do not know if it is directly related to the medical center.

  They never answer by phone. They run the minutes with the call and DO NOT ATTEND
