  I sent a message to ask if I could ask for a prescription, they told me yes, I'm going to get it, they can't give it to me because my plan doesn't cover that branch. I tell the receptionist, ZERO EMPATHIC, the status of my plan, he doesn't care, if I don't tell him to keep the recipe for me, he would throw it away. I throw it in a bad way in a drawer, I hope that tomorrow when I go with the authorization there will be the recipe. Very bad attention from the receptionist in the afternoon.
