It should be noted that you must wait between 30 to 60 days for a shift in certain specialties Upon arriving on time on Tuesday, November 22 at 7:30 a.m., we were notified that the Ophthalmologist would not attend until the meeting had finished, exclusively for that reason, then upon arrival at almost 9:30 a.m. he proceeded to immediately attend to the impatient who waited Almost 2:30 pm I attended them for a trivial reason, the care provided by the doctor in question was terrible, a non-existent review, with the highly negative implications that can happen with vision if it is not properly controlled as the most terrible: the glaucoma, the Dr limited himself to writing down the patient's data on the form and recommending taking an appointment for later, the minute of attention was not reached, in my case As if that were not enough, there was discomfort among those who were waiting outside the office to be treated, because no order of attention was respected, which caused verbal disputes that were easily solvable by imposing an order of calls (by last name or shift) as happens in the other hospital offices, I decided not to participate or answer because they were elderly people who were noticeably altered I must clarify that I have social work and when I go to a medical consultation at the Hospital, the charge for care is added to this In my case, every time I have the opportunity, I highlighted the good performance of the Hospital de Tres Arroyos What is my request? To be listened to by the corresponding authorities and that what is stated does not happen anymore, that we can improve the attention, I think that with the dialogue there would be a solution in principle In less than 24 hours, after making my complaint public, the Director of the Pirovano de Tres Arroyos Hospital contacted me by phone and we were able to talk about it, it was a very cordial chat, she expressed her concern about the above, I think she understood correctly my request, he told me that he will have a conversation with the corresponding doctor, with the points of my claim, he also indicated that in the not too distant future an improvement will be implemented in the hospital offices in relation to patients who await their turn , he was interested in my health, finally I received an apology from him for what happened, which I accepted in the best way, it was a pleasant surprise that an official really cared first, apologized and finally took care of which I gave the thank you and kindly goodbye Greetings and thanks for reading me
