  They are horrible, I was waiting 3 hours and they didn't attend me, besides the receptionists are very rude. They would have to improve with the schedule because there is always one person attending, when there should be 3.

  A disaster. I arrived at shift time and they made me wait 1:30 more. The job was done haphazardly, and it shows because I had plaque left on some of my teeth. They made me an X-ray order wrong, and they bounced me. And they put things in your mouth without telling you what you have to do. Receptionists can't understand anything when they speak. I still think that the biggest red flag was listening to an indignant guy saying "This is the fifth time they have changed doctors, and we just started April." All problems that I didn't have with my previous dentist, but he doesn't work anymore.

  Terrible service and quality! I am a victim of malpractice in orthodontics. I put the braces on this place in 2018, treatment that should have finished in 2021. He attended me for social work and everything was going more or less since they did things to my mouth which were not right. For example, my teeth were separated when what I needed was to close spaces. Then during the pandemic they told me that they were not attending and I was without care for 6 months. When I came back I found out from other people that THEY DID ATTEND and they never told me on the phone that that is where I consulted. To make matters worse, when I changed social work I asked twice if they accepted it, they told me yes and after 2 attentions they told me that I owed them 5 thousand pesos because they did not accept the new social work WHEN THEY HAD ALREADY HELPED ME, they had not informed me before . Now it's been more than 1 year that I haven't been able to find someone to continue my treatment since no professional wants to continue with something that has already been started. To add one more thing, I had like 4 different orthodontists who did completely different things to my mouth. A thing not to believe! And this is only part of it all!

  Everything they say is true, the attention is terrible. The secretaries are rude, the shifts are sometimes two hours late and on top of that the professionals are not friendly either. Appalling. The only thing that I rescue is that they have a dental guard until 7:00 p.m., yes....how do you need dentistry 24 hours a day in San Miguel!

  Bad attention from the reception, they take a long time to serve you and they do not have a cordial treatment with patients. Once inside, the professionals have an acceptable attention, and again you have to go to reception to make a signature, which again takes a long time. (Two stars only for the acceptable treatment of professionals)
