  I tried to communicate 1 week ago by calling up to 5 times a day, the line was sometimes busy and the times it wasn't, they cut me off. When I was finally able to communicate, the woman who attended never spoke to me and continued talking to another person as if nothing had happened. I called again and he answered me very reluctantly, telling me that they did not attend at this time. I wanted to take a turn and he hardly let me speak. Terrible attention, I am very sorry for the professionals but the schedule is not clear at all, the woman a rude barbarian and 0 desire to serve people.
