  Professional care is good. The problem is the waiting time. It is the 3rd opportunity that I had to wait. I don't know why they give you a shift with a schedule if in the end they serve you when they want or can.

  VERY BAD ATTENTION They treated me for many years and always the same: # Long waiting time in the room. # No ventilation in the waiting room and small. # Very bad reception attention. # I asked for an appointment and they gave it to me for 2 months, at least 1 month. (therefore I am going to be blind from here until the doctor attends me, the doc is a boss, the complaints go to the organization in care and shifts).
