  They open at 11, but they give 3 shifts for 11. They take 15 minutes to receive you. So the 11 o'clock shift joins the following shifts. Don't you think they should open sooner? Or not get everyone together at the same time? Especially if we go with babies. By protocol we cannot wait inside until they begin to attend. But once they start to attend, we all go in together.   I went with shift and it turns out that that day they decided not to open and did not give notice. We were a lot of people in the same situation until a guard across the street told us that they were going to be closed. The solution they gave me was to get a new shift for when they find it, with the delay there is. A shame.

  I called to see if there was stock of vaccines, they told me that if there was a shift there was stock. I arrived with my son 15 minutes before, a receptionist attended me in a bad way indicating that I wait outside (good because it is a ventilated area). Almost 30 minutes later they called us, when I get to the counter, they tell me that they don't have stock, that to give me something equivalent, they need my doctor to write another prescription.
