  I attended for many years but in recent times the attention has changed a lot. Doctors leaving without seeing patients. They ask you for confirmation of the confirmation of the shift confirmation because otherwise they give the space to another patient. I feel sorry for the doctors who are good. I will continue to see them in another space. A shame!

  Very good attention from the receptionists, but from the doctor Maria Soledad Bigliati leaves much to be desired. Rude, being a pediatric pulmonologist and a pediatrician, she has 0 consideration for the children. It happened to me and 2 other families. Arrogance, when one does not understand something, they are asked and they answer in a bad way. Really very disappointed.

  After requesting an appointment approximately one month in advance, to practice arterial echodoppler of the lower limbs, I attended yesterday at the agreed time. After 30 minutes of waiting and before my question, they informed me that I still had to wait for the previous call from two patients. As a doctor, I am not unaware that a professional can delay due to imponderables related to the characteristics of our profession, but I understand that the correct thing to do is to notify the patient that there is a delay and not assume that the patient is a "patient" and must wait. It is my wish that perhaps my comment will serve to collaborate. CEPEM has been my workplace for many years. It is an excellent medical center and its medical director is a great professional and person.
