  There is no on-call service, Monday at noon. We have to wait for them to intersperse the consultation with patients from outpatient clinics. Very poorly organized reception. Administrative staff with little preparation. The person who receives us referred us to the wrong sector at first, then a nurse very kindly received us after 1 hour of delay who referred us again by guard. There was no one at the gyardia sector counter. More than 30 minutes of waiting until a doctor who showed up managed to locate us so that they could tend to us.

  We went urgently with my wife and we were attended to by a man at the counter who claims to be a doctor... (for a reason he must be there and not attending) he treated us very badly and without any intention of helping, they should look for a more capable and kinder person . The truth is a pity because the staff is very good but that jerk that is behind the desk overshadows the good attention and predisposition of the staff. A terrible experience, we were literally dispatched.
