::Manage a shift by WhatsApp with one of the professionals and the secretaries never informed me that I had to pay a differentiated fee. I did not have cash at that time (the only means of payment). I lost my morning of work and the shift due to an error beyond my control. They never apologized for that mistake. The professionals can be excellent but the first contact we have as patients is with the secretaries, if they lack professionalism the whole system fails. It would be good if they achieve improvements in this aspect since reading the other reviews these errors have been occurring for years.
