::I want to relate what happened to us last Friday night in that sanatorium. My daughter took my two-year-old grandson for a consultation for ear discomfort. He was attended by Dr. Herrera Giugni. As he does not have Social Work, we paid $2,000 for the consultation as a private individual. When the aforementioned professional examined him, she only looked at his throat and asked some routine questions. He didn't even check her ear with an otoscope as is appropriate in these cases. He only told her to go to an otolaryngologist for an interconsultation. I think that if a pediatrician is on duty, the least he can do is resort to the most routine in these cases. Beyond what was reported, my daughter asked the doctor for the invoice corresponding to the service provided, replying that she would send it to her via WhatsApp the following Monday. Today is Thursday, almost a week after what was reported and there is no news about it. The consultation was paid with a debit and the receipt is in our possession.

Friday 9:00 p.m. in San Juan... an hour, it is supposed to be on passive duty and it cannot take more than 20 minutes... maybe later I was going to have to wait for the traumatologist... A DISASTER... A DISASTER... it is a place for child care...!!! Very disappointed. I hope the attention changes... because it's embarrassing
