  I ordered a vegetarian burger with avocado, bell pepper among other things. And they sent me two notco medallions with a slice of lettuce and another of tomato. They justified themselves by saying that the hamburger had changed, but the one they sold me did not appear on the menu. It came to me cold and with the potatoes full of oil, the notco medallions finer than a paty.

  The food arrived cold and they made a mistake with the order, I had to threaten them with calling consumer protection so that they would deliver what I ordered and when they finally deigned to deliver the food I ordered, it also arrived cold. To make things worse, they told me to return the potatoes that arrived badly and then they sold them to someone else. 5 minutes after I handed them the chips they posted a photo of the power chips that were the ones they sent me by mistake. In said publication they said that they were ready to deliver, no restaurant prepares the potatoes in advance. In any case, you only make the potatoes, you do not add the content above. And the less you beg the customer to return the order that was sent wrong. At no time did they apologize to me until I complained and they also lied to me because they told me that they were going to deliver the correct potatoes and that they were freshly cooked, which was a lie because it didn't take them even 10 minutes to deliver them to me and they were cold, they didn't even deign to hide it by heating them in a microwave.
