  I asked for a shift for a traumatologist through the whatsapp that appears on the web, I clarified that I have OSDE social work, wait a day (normal) for them to attend to me and when I go they tell me that the specialist does not attend because of my social work. I offer to pay with VISA debit and they only accept cash. It's unfortunate, one has total pain, lousy management....

  I went two or three times to the pediatric ward for my son in the last 3 years. Every time we were treated very well, the front desk staff very friendly. The doctors who attended him also, the wait was relatively short (I never went for life-threatening emergencies) and beforehand they told me how long it would take.

  Do not go near this place! If you read the reviews you can see that this site is monstrous, operated by unscrupulous merchants who for them medicine and health is a business. If you go, it doesn't matter if you have medical coverage according to your prepaid or social work, they will want to charge you the same and if you refuse they won't attend to you, even if you are dying in full guard... The excuses are always the same. The complaints of the people also, the problems in this clinic have been going on for years, luckily now there is this tool to warn those who do not know the handling of the aptly named "clinic of death" as they are popularly known... owner for more than 1 year that in the bad comments he has been answering what 'thanks for the constructive criticism, we work on improving and blablablaa' from time ago to today it is seen that they could not improve in any aspect which confirms and re-confirms their bad win fame, its deserved nickname of "clinic of death" to which I add health merchants.
