  Today (2/9) my dad had a shift with the diabetologist Herrera Mauricio. The doctor's attention lasted 5 minutes, in which he did not greet his patient, did not weigh him, did not speak to him, did not check him, refused to see his studies (blood tests), refused to write orders for a follow-up , and only showed during the 5 minutes that the attention lasted, a terrible human quality and dedication to service, as well as a total lack of respect towards my father, an elderly person, who was not even greeted or explained something, because the "professional" did not speak directly to him. If Dr. Herrera Mauricio is in such a hurry because he wants to retire, it is preferable that he cancel his shifts and reschedule them, instead of making us waste time and money, since we pay for our father's transfers. But above all we raise our complaint for the total lack of respect shown by this "professional".

  Very bad to be a private clinic and that charges each study/care without any problem. It never ceases to surprise you. For example, you take out a plate, it is charged normally but you cannot take it with you, it remains in the system. They give you a website to download it and it doesn't work. Conclusion, you have to go back to the same place where they treated you badly. I do not recommend it at all

  I went to the guard, there was no trauma guard. Until then, all good. The problem is that they take an X-ray of my daughter and they don't give it to me. They do not tell you that you need a code to be able to see the plate online and take it to a traumatologist... The clinician sees the plate by system but is not sure, (normal, it is not his specialty) after a wait with the code but when I try to download the images it turns out that the site is not active. In short, you are trapped to go back to a traumatologist right there or to make another plate in another guard. They save the cost of the physical X-ray, they charge it the same, and you can't even download it online.
