  A disaster. Zero communication between the workers of the place. Taking a shift online is the same as going in person. It took us 40 minutes, the doctor "believed that we had not attended and left." They never told him we were waiting. We had to go to the reception and only then did they notify the doctor that we were waiting. 1:42 clock for one shift. Entrance to the clinic: 10:00 Web shift: 10:30 Attention in reception: 11:10 Wait in office: 35 min If they were organized they would avoid these situations, not only for the patients but also for the employees.

  The star goes to the nurses who took care of my mom and to the cleaning boy who takes us out after the hospital stay. The rest... So many protocols that stress patients. Interned in UCO, incommunicado and without being able to or knowing that someone came to ask about them. And the worst thing is the security guards, who cover you up at the entrance, they don't know anything! I don't understand why they put people who don't know anything at the entrance when one arrives to do important and extremely necessary things. Next time I won't be so considerate.
