  The attention, variety and abundance give those stars. However, the quality of the meat is not the best. The prime rib was cold, tough, and somewhat chewy. The void was correct but it did not seem void, just another cut. The achuras and the blood sausage are good. But the star of a roast, the ribs, sadly bad. Little variety of drinks. The price is consistent.
