::If I could put ten stars below, I would. I waited two hours without the doctors calling anyone, they said that there were people at risk of life but an ambulance was never heard. Absolutely disastrous and very expensive attention since I pay it with my prepaid. Absolutely bad, disastrous and last. It is not a public hospital, it is private and we pay a lot to access it through prepayment. I finally left unattended after two long hours where no patient was called and no door was opened.

::I attended two pregnancies and deliveries there. The professionals who attended me always helped me and answered my questions. They are practical and decisive. Like every hospital, sometimes there is a certain delay, but when I had emergencies, everything was always fast...so, recommended!

::A disaster in the attention in the resonance area, the woman who attended us in position 5 at 6 in the afternoon told us that she could not see how many patients were ahead and after two hours in which all those who arrived later passed, We approached to ask and they never put us on the waiting list. Shame, disorganization and bad predisposition of the staff. The same thing happened to 3 more patients who were waiting next to us. Everyone with turn.

::I came at dawn because it was supposed to be open 24 hours. The hospital was empty of patients, but they made me wait an hour and a half. Not happy with that, they made patients who arrived later pass before me. The organization is a disaster. When I went to claim, they sent me to a doctor who left me in another waiting room where the cries of a girl could be heard inside another office. Terrible attention and very poor organization!
