  You can tell that in other times it was a very good hotel. Today I can say that all the staff treated us excellently, but the hotel lacks maintenance and a bit of cleaning. The pool was not enabled, a barbecue area used as a warehouse, a sales business inside as a warehouse, etc etc. It is not easy to locate it, because it does not have any sign indicating the name of the hotel... Outside there is a sign that says Cipriano! That confuses people a lot. All very rare.

  Negative points: Hotel far from the center, non-existent Wi-Fi in the room, uncomfortable beds and totally noisy rooms where you know exactly how the one on the first floor and in the corridor moves. As for food and breakfast, it leaves a lot to be desired . Positive points: cleanliness of the room and the entire complex impeccable. If you have the possibility, look for something closer to the center.

  Pretty bad. In 3 days they did not change our towels and replace the toilet paper, we had to insist. Towels stained and torn. I did not like the food. You had to cross the entire patio to go to the room and it was very cold. There was no phone in the room to communicate with reception, you had to go down and cross the patio. The air conditioning was very bad. 2 stars because the waiters and the people at the reception put something cool but you can't have a hotel like that.
