::Very poor attention, the people who attend should take a course in customer service. They waste time, they never have a concrete answer. they make the patient go to the imaging clinic to look for laboratory analysis codes when they might well have a list of those codes. They do not inform the changes in hours of attention to patients. When you arrive at the consultation your folder is not there and you have to go down to solve the problem because in the infirmary they only tell you your folder is not there. They only accept cash payments for bonus payments and never have change. They must improve a lot!
