::The attention from the receptionist was a disaster, in the middle of a pandemic they summoned all the children at 2:00 p.m. to make a physical fit. It is 5:00 p.m. and we are still here waiting for the report to be delivered to us. They do not respect the protocol because the place is not apt to have so many people crowded together, especially if they are summoned all together without a staggered schedule. To make matters worse, the answer they give you is "if you don't like it, walk away"... unprofessional and, to top it off, arrogant.
