NOT ONLY THAT I SPENT MONEY ON DIRECTING MYSELF THERE AND ON THE CO-INSURANCE ($ 268) IN VAIN, BUT THAT THE DOCTOR DID NOT DO ANYTHING TO ME THAT THE ADVISOR WHO WOULD BE INCLUDED HAD ASSURED ME PREVIOUSLY.
