  TERRIBLE SERVICE. ON THE OFFICIAL PAGE IT SAYS ANOTHER SCHEDULE AT THE DOOR. THE SAME THING ALWAYS HAPPENS. YOU ASK FOR THE COMPLAINTS BOOK AND THEY ALWAYS TELL YOU THAT THERE ARE NO STAFF. I RUN OUT OF MY WORK BECAUSE I AM GUIDED BY THE SCHEDULE THAT IT SAYS ON THE OFFICIAL PAGE (THAT EXISTS FOR SOMETHING) AND WHEN I ARRIVE THERE IS A SIGN PRINTED BY THEM THAT SAYS ANOTHER SCHEDULE. VERY BAD SERVICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYTHING. I ALWAYS ALWAYS HAVE A PROBLEM

  Very bad experience. As seen in the photos, the package arrived. Out of six plates, only one was full and healthy, the rest were broken, it is clear that they were not careful when handling the box. How it is seen in the photo everywhere was indicating that the order was FRAGILE. Still everything arrived broken. Those who sent it took the time to pack plate by plate, to put everything on it so that it arrived safely, but the mail destroyed them, broke all the craftsmanship, and exploded them! Clearly I do not recommend the company to ship fragile materials. I hope they read this comment and do something about it, I don't know one more complaint.

  The schedule is not respected. If the person in charge must attend a medical shift, at least request a replacement from the central. But hey, here there is no control and less in public activity.
