  For health reasons I cannot leave my house. I am over 70 years old and have high-risk illnesses. Nobody answers the phone at the Nuñez Branch 4702-3627. When they pick up the call they hang up. I only need an online Letter Document form that previously existed. The help service is non-existent as well as the search for forms. There is only for work telegram. Please help those who surely do not read this message because it is up to them to take action on the matter. This is not a cheap service. never responded

  The employees that they have at this moment, July 2022, are planning for the branch to be set on fire, stay tuned. They treat you badly, put it that is subjective. They insult customers who have just left and you listen to them because you are still there. They ask you questions, you answer them and they don't listen to you because first there is the talk between them. Women are unpleasant, all of them. The branch is in terrible condition, I guess it will close soon, I hope they open a better one and with people who want to do what needs to be done. Send/Ask for shipments elsewhere! Further but without abuse! :)

  Of the two times I went in the week, I found good service. Expeditious, no frills and functional to the number of people who are appearing. (When there are few people, few people attend; when there are many people, they attend in all their channels).
