  I spent more than an hour queuing so that once I enter the premises they don't want to attend to me. The man who is seen in the photo is rude, he refused to give me his name and surname and to deliver the complaint book and my order. Their argument for not attending me is that I crossed the door at 18:02, it was 18:15 and they continued to attend with the argument that those people crossed the door at 17:59. When claiming that he had to attend to me because he was in line an hour ago, he threatened me that he wasn't going to turn me in for simply demanding that he do his job. He even threatened to call the police to make me leave the premises. Subjects like these cannot be working for a state agency, they are a shame. I came to take the photo only of this one but the 3 who were there mistreated me.
