  Hice tramite de pasaporte rápido, nunca llego a mi domicilio, el empleado alegó que tenia domicilio insuficiente, lo retuvieron y lo despacharon a Mercedes de ahí al correo de Monte Grande en donde los pasaportes van a dormir 15 dias y luego serán entregados al renaper. Un desastre se tiran la pelota uno a otro. Y mis hijos tenían que viajar de urgencia. Mala predisposición del empleado.

  A disaster!!!!!! They never answer the phone!!!! Personally, they serve very well, but the distribution is pathetic...I follow up on the procedure that says it is in the hands of the distributor...until when?????of the distributor.

  What happened to Hector Aray with the search after a DNI that never arrived, but personally they treated me well even though they never answer the phone they give you and I continue searching between the civil registry and the mail for the DNI... I think I'm going to find the Holy Grail first.
