  Terrible attention. They tell you that the package is not there because they didn't look for it (and that in customer service they told me it was there) and after days of wandering through different branches looking for the shipment, I return to this branch with a piece of paper that they gave me at the central post office who verified that it was there (commenting that the same thing always happens with this branch) it was enough for them to open a cupboard and the package had been there for 2 weeks. And there wasn't even an apology. lousy

  Sometimes the waiting time is very long, but to withdraw shipments is relatively fast. Good attention.
